The TableTop receptions will be held on Sunday and Monday evenings. TableTop exhibits are available to AIMCAL member companies only. TableTop staff must be registered for the conference.
TableTop Guidelines
The following guidelines are applicable to all TableTop exhibitors participating in the 2007 AIMCAL Fall Technical Conference:
- TableTops available to AIMCAL member companies only.
Advance Set-up time will be available on Sunday, October 7. The opening receptions will begin in the exhibit areas promptly at 7:00pm.
Table assignments will be provided on site.
A 6-foot skirted table, ID sign, and two chairs are provided.
NOTE: All materials must be contained on the 6-foot table. No Exceptions.
Advance shipments of exhibit material should be shipped to the following address to arrive no sooner than October 4. Vendor shipping to the Resort must label boxes with the recipient's name, group affiliation (AIMCAL Exhibit), and event date (October 7). Exhibitors cannot receive material prior to 3 days before event. Shipments received before that day are subject to a $25 per day storage fee. Exhibitors are allowed to send a maximum of 5 boxes; each additional box is subject to handling costs.
