TableTop Guidelines
The following guidelines are applicable to all TableTop exhibitors participating in the 2009 AIMCAL Fall Technical Conference (Members must be registered for the conference to obtain a tabletop at the reception:

• TableTops available to AIMCAL member companies only.
  Advance Set-up time will be available on Sunday, October 18. The opening receptions will begin in the exhibit areas promptly at 7:00pm.
  Table assignments will be provided on site.
  A 6-foot skirted table, ID sign, and two chairs are provided.
  NOTE: All materials must be contained on the 6-foot table. No Exceptions.
  
  Vendor shipping to the Resort must label boxes as follows:

  Conference materials should arrive no earlier than 1 week prior to Oct. 18th and no later than 2 days prior.
  
  Drayage charges will be assessed as follows:
  
  $5/package up to 5 pounds - less 25%
  $15/package 6-20 pounds - less 25%
  $25/package 21-50 pounds - less 25%
  $50/package 51-100 pounds - less 25%
  $75/package 101-200 pounds - less 25%
  $.50 cents per lb for any packages over 200 lbs - less 25%
  
  Note - Saturday deliveries may necessitate special delivery arrangements and charges.
