AIMCAL Membership is on a Company basis and includes all employees of the Company. All applications for membership must be approved by a majority vote of the AIMCAL Board of Directors.
There are several categories of membership within AIMCAL. The categories and the annual dues are as follows:
Converter Member
Any industrial company and/or corporation engaged on a commercial scale in the original manufacture of metallized, coated and/or laminated flexible papers, films and foils is eligible to become a "converter" voting member.
Basic Membership - $1995.00
Supplier Member
Any company or corporation engaged on a commercial scale in the original manufacture of raw materials, components and/or equipment used by the converter members is eligible to become a "supplier" voting member.
Basic Membership - $1995.00
Associate Member
Any company or corporation engaged in providing services or products related to the Association's industries is eligible to become an "associate" non-voting member.
Basic Membership - $1995.00
Trade Press
Members of the trade press are eligible for a non-voting membership. Trade press is defined as publishers whose sole business is the publication of periodicals which disseminate information at regularly stated intervals that is pertinent to metallizing, coating, laminating and the markets for products made by these processes.
Annual dues are $935 US.
Colleges and Universities
Any college or university having accredited courses in subjects related to the manufacture or converting of metallized, coated and/or laminated flexible papers, films and foils are eligible for a non-voting membership at no cost.
