WHC Technical Topic: Troubleshooting intermittent web and roll problems

Here I share some important web-troubleshooting techniques that I’ve learned in the some 1,000 plants I’ve worked in. The key point will be that a back to basics approach is likely to do better than time-based data mining, at least for most common problems. Examples we cover will include very common defects such as corrugations, path problems, telescopes and wrinkling.
