Atlas has over 400 installations worldwide exceeding 6m in width - the widest at 10m and the fastest at 1,500m/min. The latest generation CW Series of more compact slitting & rewinding solutions is available in web widths from 2.5 to 10.4 metres (98 – 410ins.). The CW1040 & CW3600 Series film slitters are part of a new technology platform which delivers higher efficiency, more productivity, higher quality rewind reels, reduced noise levels and more effective operator control systems. Features also include Bluetooth wireless rewind technology, automatic knife positioning and direct drive web path rollers. The CW 5400 Series film slitters (4 – 6m / 157 – 236ins) will be introduced later this year.

The Titan range of secondary slitter rewinders comprises solutions for flexible packaging materials, plastic film, labelstock, laminates & paper in widths up to 2250mm (88ins). The range includes the latest generation Titan ER610-DT as well as SR9 Generation slitter rewinders with a new technology platform in Dual Shaft (DS) and Dual Turret (DT) formats in widths of 1650mm (65ins) & 2250mm (88ins). The Titan SR9 Series features modular design flexibility with running speeds up to 1000 m/min. (3,300 ft/min.) and slit widths as narrow as 20mm. The Linear Tracking Slitter (LTS) section on the Titan SR9 Series slitters ensures the shortest and most consistent constant web length between the knives and rewind shafts for improved web control.

The Titan ER610 compact slitter has been a great success for the company with sales of more than 300 machines worldwide. It is available in two widths - 53 and 65ins (1350 & 1650mm) and features a 10" touch screen control system. A pneumatically controlled braking system provides accurate web tension control and a digital edge-guide system controls lateral movement of the unwind reel to +/- 2in (50 mm). Slitting systems available include shear knives, rotary razor (burst) or razor slitting in air or groove. Optional features include an edge trim extraction system and shaftless unwind roll pick-up from floor.
