OASIS Alignment Services: A Division of In-Place Machining Company (OASIS), announces the promotions of two key managers in the OASIS Northeast Service Center located in Rochester, New Hampshire. Since the acquisition of OASIS by In-Place Machining Company (IPM) in October of 2021, the company focus has been on integration and strategic growth by building on the experience, knowledge, and skillsets of the joint team to enhance and expand customer benefits and ROI.
To that end, IPM and OASIS are pleased to announce the following changes to the management team at the OASIS Northeast Service Center:
Steve Pepin, Sales Director – Measurement & Alignment Services, In-Place Machining Company. Prior to his promotion, Steve held the position of Northeast Regional Manager for the past 10 years. In his almost 30-year career with OASIS, Steve held several additional roles including Northeast Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Optical Engineer, and Technical Report Writer. As Sales Director – Measurement & Alignment Services, Steve is responsible for managing the national efforts of the sales team of IPM’s Measurement & Alignment Services Group, currently comprised of service sales representatives from OASIS and Exact Metrology. Steve is also responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals and grow the customer base of this division. In his new position, Steve reports directly to Dina Maihi, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, In-Place Machining Company. Steve will continue to work out of the OASIS Rochester, New Hampshire location.
Ted Grimbilas, Northeast Regional Manager, OASIS Alignment Services: A Division of In-Place Machining Company. In his 32-year career with OASIS, Ted has held numerous positions including Optical Engineer, Project Manager, Corporate Scheduler, West Account Manager, and his most recent role of Key Account Manager. As Northeast Regional Manager, Ted is responsible for operating all aspects of the OASIS Northeast Service Center including service, customer relationship building and management, safety, financial performance, and the supervision and development of the administrative and field staff for this key region. Additionally, Ted will work closely with Steve on the planning and efforts required to meet sales goals set for the Northeast. Ted reports directly to Brian Hiltunen, Senior Vice President & General Manager – Measurement & Alignment Services Group, In-Place Machining Company. Ted is located at the OASIS Rochester, New Hampshire location.
