Dante Ferrari, AIMCAL President Celplast Metallized Products
Dante has over 20 years experience in the flexible packaging industry, with the past 18 years at metallizer Celplast Metallized Products. He is leading a management buy-out team that has purchased a majority stake in the business from its founders, Chuck Larsen and Bill Hellings. Dante has a B.Sc.E. and M.Sc.E. in Engineering Chemistry from Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, and an EMBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, in London, ON.
Andrew Jack, AIMCAL Vice President Emerson & Renwick
Andrew Jack, joined Emerson & Renwick in January 2019 as Sales Director for the Coating and Laminating product line.
Previous positions include, Sales & Marketing Director at Vacuum Depositing Inc a custom Roll to Roll Metallizer located in Louisville, KY, USA . The Bobst Group of Heywood England, a producer of Metallizing equipment holding positions in both Sales and Project Management.
Over the course of a diverse career Andrew has served the converting industry in excess of 25 years. As an active member of the Vacuum Coating Committee and Co-Chair for more than 7 years, Andrew has presented technical papers at both the AIMCAL and SVC conferences.
Andrew lives with his wife Samantha and two children Francesca and Drew in Burnley, Lancashire, England. His interests include golf and 'proper' football.
Bob Pasquale, AIMCAL Treasurer New Era Converting Machinary
Bob Pasquale is one of the founders and co-owners of New Era Converting Machinery, where he has served as President since 1996.
Bob graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1985 with a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy. Prior to graduation from college he worked part time at Liberty Machine Company, Inc., a converting machinery manufacturer started by his grandfather and grandfather’s brother and then managed by his father, John A. Pasquale III.
Upon graduation, Bob embarked upon his full-time career in web converting machinery manufacturing, first serving as a Project Engineer and then as a Project Manager at Liberty Machine. During his career Bob has spent time in many areas of the business including technical sales, project management, project engineering, overseeing manufacturing and engineering, and new product development. He has four patents related to web processing.
Bob has been active in several trade associations including AIMCAL, where he has delivered many technical presentations. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the ICE USA steering committee.
Milan Moscaritolo, AIMCAL Past President Rol-Vac, LP
Milan Moscaritolo is currently the President of Rolvac, LP, a metallizer and slitter of films. Milan has spent 33 years in the plastic film industry working for Toray Plastics America for 13 years prior to joining Rolvac, LP in 2018. Before joining Toray as Sales Manager and eventually Sr. Dir. of New Business, Milan also worked for AET in the packaging films market and Bollore Technologies converting films for Capacitors.

Ginger Cushing, Director at Large Nordmeccanica
Ginger Cushing has spent over 25 years in the flexible packaging converting industry. She has been an associate with Nordmeccania, the worldwide leader in coating, laminating and metallizing machinery, since 2016. Her career began as a research chemist and she went on to global leadership positions in technology, marketing and sales of adhesives and coatings at Mica, Dymax and Michelman. She is now president of G Prime, where she consults and educates about converting, film manufacturing and digital printing. She holds a master’s degree in polymer chemistry from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Ginger has written and delivered technical papers for conferences, short courses and symposia conducted around the world. She has volunteered with AIMCAL in the US and Europe, has served as TAPPI PLACE division chair, and was honored with the Andreas Ahlbrandt Leadership and Service Award. She is a volunteer with Hospice and K9s for Warriors.
Joe Heinemann, Director at Large Rayven, Inc.
Joe Heinemann has worked in the coating and converting industry for over 30 years, with roles in sales, engineering, and management. Joe currently serves as President of Rayven, and focuses on manufacturing engineering and strategic direction.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
In addition to being a long time AIMCAL member, Joe is an active member of AIMCAL’s Coating and Laminating Committee.
Joe lives with his wife Jayna in Minnesota where they have three adult children. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing and flying.
Joseph Perdue, Director at Large Eckart America
Joe joined ECKART America Corporation as Product Development Chemist in 1998. Over the subsequent 20 plus years, Joe has held positions in the Graphic Arts (printing) business managing areas in technical, product management, and marketing, as well as various other project management roles.
In 2012, Joe assumed responsibility of a new ECKART production facility, in Schererville, IN, as the Head of Operations. As a newly acquired site for ECKART America, his primary role was to lead the integration of the plant and helping to re-establish the product line’s leading position in the market. Today, his focus is on driving continuous improvement and leading innovation for the advancement of the product line.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland, OH. Joe, his wife (Katie) and their two children, reside in Schererville, IN.
Joe has been part of AIMCAL for the last seven years. Joe has found tremendous value in the association’s ability to educate its audience and looks forward to contributing to AIMCAL’s mission.
Kevin Sopczak, Director at Large Leggett & Platt
Kevin Sopczak is the Vice President Shaped Wires and Special Products for Leggett & Platt. He holds an MBA, BS in Management and an AA Degree. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the wire industry, and was recently selected as the 2019 President’s Award Winner, by the Wire Association International. Kevin has served in numerous roles, to include sales, production, purchasing and operations. In addition to his wire experience, he is also a retired Sergeant First Class from the United States Army, where he served in numerous theaters, to include Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
Michael Sullivan, Director at Large MTI Polyexe Inc., an Inteplast Group Company
Mike Sullivan is the General Manager at MTI Polyexe Inc., an Inteplast Group company. He started in the converting industry operating a slitter for Sullivan Paper Company and has many years of production experience on printers, laminators, and embossing lines.
At the beginning of his professional career, Mike held Sales, Development & Technical Service positions in the papermaking industry. Moving downstream in the 1990s, he was charged with increasing responsibilities at HP Smith, (now Loparex), and the Huhtamaki Films Division, (now Loparex), He was hired in 2005 at MTI Polyexe Inc. as VP of Sales & Marketing.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine’s Chemical Engineering Department. Although most of his expertise is in the release liner business, he also has three US patents for other converted products and processes.
He and his wife Sarah live in Rye, New Hampshire, occasionally with some of their three sons and daughter.
Greg Williams, Director at Large Transcontinental Advanced Coatings
Greg Williams’ career in the Advanced Coatings business spans over 28 years, with a focus on Product Development and Technology roles related to precision, cleanroom film and foil based coated products. Greg currently serves as Vice-president, Technology and Development for TC Transcontinental’s Advanced Coating business. Greg has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University. A problem-solver, Greg is passionate about working directly with customers. He is at his best when called upon to solve technical problems with the goal in mind to enable rapid new product introduction on the market. An active member of AIMCAL’s Coating and Laminating technical committee for over 12 years, Greg has also served as its co-chair for the past 9 years. Greg and his wife Julie live in Charlotte, NC. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking and fly fishing.
