The 193 acre site in Greer, SC is the administrative, manufacturing, research and development, and marketing headquarters for production of Hostaphan® polyester film. This site has the advantage of backwards integration into the production of polyester resin chip, the raw material for polyester film.

Products: Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc, Polyester Film Division strives to provide customers with products that meet or exceed their critical process requirements. Hostaphan® polyester film is used in Electrical, Imaging, Packaging, Window & Safety, Release Liner, Label Facestock, and Thermal Lamination applications. The newest addition in the product line is Fusion®, a co-polyester shrink film targeting the shrink sleeve label market. All films are produced in a cleanroom environment on state-of-the-art manufacturing lines.
